Janna provided a great night of meditation, relaxation, and fun with her yoga class. toward the end, she had the girls play a game where they had written emotions on a notecard, and somebody chose an emotion from the stack, then picked two body parts and then the rest of the class had to come up with a pose balancing on those two body parts and evoking that chosen emotion (a bit like Yogo mixed with Twister- maybe we can call it Yo-ster-ga). It was an instant hit.
